Andrew Bailey
Lead Pastor
Andrew has been attending The Rock since 1985, after giving his life
to Christ through the work of Campus Crusade for Christ
while attending and playing football at Idaho State University. Over
the past 24 years, Andrew has served in many positions at The Rock
including: Youth Leader, Board Member, Children’s and Adult Sunday
School teacher, Royal Ranger Leader, and, in 1996, Andrew became the
Associate Pastor, a position he held for five years before becoming
the Lead Pastor in May of 2001.
Andrew’s ministerial credentials are from Global
University, an Assembly of God Bible School. He also holds a Bachelor’s
Degree in Political Science from Boise State University, and a Master’s
Degree in Organizational Leadership from George Fox University.
Andrew
and his wife, Reba, have three children: James, Carolyn,
and Anna.
Laura Schneider
Staff Associate
Laura began attending The Rock in 1993. She served in various volunteer
roles as a Sunday School teacher, Sunday School department
leader, and worship leader. Laura came on staff full-time in 2001
as the Director of Music Ministry. In addition to directing the
Music Department, she oversees details for Sunday morning services,
coaches department leaders, serves on the Creative Sermon Team,
and serves in various other leadership roles.
Laura also volunteers as a music director
for Act Out Theatre at Mtn. Home Junior High School. She
is pursuing a music degree in vocal performance from Boise
State University. Laura lives with her five awesome children: Joel,
Josh, Rebecca, Caleb and Emily.

Denise Daniels
Office Assistant
Denise and her family have been attending The Rock since 2002.
She and her husband, Robert, have five boys; Martin, Robert,
Isaiah, Michael and A.J.. In 2009, Denise and Robert
were blessed with their first grandchild. Denise serves
as Office Assistant at The Rock, where her role is primarily to
assist the staff to accomplish their goals through providing excellent
office hospitality and service to the many volunteers and guests
at The Rock. Additionally, Denise performs general office duties.
Denise is also the Director of WOW (Winning our World), a ministry
of hospitality to those attending The Rock on Sunday mornings.

Tarl Smith
Media Specialist
Tarl began attending The Rock in October of 1998, and shortly thereafter
accepted Christ as the leader of his life. Tarl has contributed
to many different ministries at The Rock over the years. He has
been a leader in Royal Rangers, The Rock Songwriter’s Group,
has served on the church board, the Care Ministry team, WOW team,
and as a guitarist and vocalist on the worship team.
Tarl served
just over 10 years in the US Air Force, serving time in
Idaho, the middle East and other sites across the US and Europe.
Tarl separated from the US Air Force in November 2005, after returning
to Mountain Home from a tour in Germany. He and his wife, Lori,
have four children.
Tarl handles all our church video productions,
is a member of the Creative Sermon Team and helps maintain
our church website. He also currently serves on the board and as
a member of the worship team.

Lori Smith
Staff Associate
Lori began attending The Rock in October of 1998 and accepted Christ as the leader of her life shortly thereafter. Lori has been involved in multiple areas of ministry over the years, including Care Ministry, the WOW team, the worship team, and as a Sunday School and Missionettes leader.
Lori graduated from Boise State University in May of 2009, completing
a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education, K-12, Secondary Education,
with a minor in Health Promotion. She obtained her teaching certificate
for the state of Idaho in 2009.
Lori joined our staff in May of 2010
as an Associate Staff. Her primary duties are related to
leading our youth department, but she also contributes her leadership
to other areas of the church as needed. Lori and her husband, Tarl,
have four children: Tristan, Kambri, Ethan and Chloe.

Reba
Bailey
Director, Adult Christian Education
Reba has been attending The Rock since 1981 and has volunteered in
many different capacities over the years. She joined the
staff part-time in her current position in 2006, after retiring from
the nursing profession in 2001 and spending several years focused on
raising and homeschooling her children. Reba provides leadership for
Adult Christian Education, the Free Market Small Groups, coaches department
leaders, teaches Bible classes, assists with the financial and general
office duties and is our primary go-to person for new ministry development.
Reba completed
her nursing degree at Boise State University in 1983 and
a Bachelor’s
degree in English from BSU in 2009. She and her husband, Andrew, have
three children.
